Data Generator and Anonymiser for Sensitive Graph Data

Charini Nanayakkara, Peter Christen, and Thilina Ranbaduge

ANU Research School of Computer Science

This is the initial version of our web tool DOYEN (Data anOnYmiser for sENsitive Graph Data) which can anonymise a sensitive graph data set while maintaining its graph structure. In this initial version, a user can experiment with the anonymisation of two example family datasets. For further information regarding the DOYEN tool, please refer to the paper An Anonymiser Tool for Sensitive Graph Data.

Generate list of groups/families according to a user specified size distribution.

Please selecte the input data set and provide relavant parameters values for synthetic data generation.

Example parameter settings:

Parameter Name Parameter Value
Group size and their counts (e.g 1:2, 2:10, 3:20, 6:8)
Minimum date for the first birth (DD-MM-YYYY) (e.g 13-05-1890)
Maximum date for the first birth (DD-MM-YYYY) (e.g 03-08-1990)
Random time offset for following births (+/- days) (e.g 10, 20, 30)
  • The group size and their corresponding counts should be input as follows: 1:2, 2:10, 3:20, 6:8.
  • For each value pair x:y, x indicates the number of children per family. The y value indicates the number of families of size x.
